sting off of what they do? For instance cap and trade?
I'm an independent, and never was scared enough for Obama to vote for McCain, but I would have had I realized the damage that Obama was capable of.
That aside...
I never forsaw the day when the gov would vote into existence legislation that would at $1500 a year or more to the average American's cost of living.
I never assumed that American's would let such a thing pass without massive protests and demonstrations.
It just seems exceedingly convenient that there is a meaningless distraction that monopolizes 75% of the news whenever cap and trade gets passed.
I'm not saying that the gov klled MJ,
I just am wondering if they used the timing to pass this nasty piece of legislation

This was part of the progressive platform--their candidate won, so why does this type of legislation surprise you?
