Cooking requires..alot of detail..
Like keeping food fresh..and preparation..
There's...boiling,,frying,,baking,,
Preparation is alot about..washing food..before moving towards the recipe..
Some foods will store for 30-days,,and some go sour..after 2-weeks..
The good part..Food..usually smells and tastes good--if it does NOT..throw it out..
I don't think I have ever come across food that smelled and tasted good--that had spoiled..

I think the easiest..is frying eggs..
Boxed Products like Pancake MIX..complete..that only needs water..
Then canned products like Tuna..Tomato's..are safe(most times)..
Bagged Foods..are out there..like bread stuffing/Sliced Bread/
Frozen..veggies..are very good..and easy to just drop into water..

For meat..turkey burger's are good..they cook quicker than beef/
Frozen Beef Patties--should be cooked-well done--//
Fish should not give off an odor..under any circumstance..
