Does anyone think Steve Kerr will ever get another GM job after this?

Okay. I used to be a Kerr fan, or at least I always thought fondly of him after his contribution to the MJ era bulls. Used to. Am I the only one who thinks Steve needs to be stopped now before its too late. I mean, who in their right mind thinks that you help the Suns become a more defensive-minded team by getting rid of your best defensive guard (Raja Bell) and your current top defensive players Shaq and Amarie? As great as Nash is, you hold down a team with a guard that can't (won't?) play defense. Or maybe I am wrong. Please give me your thoughts.
 
If you want to dismantle a decent team, go ahead. I surprised the fans in Phoenix aren't rioting. This guy is a jerk at his job, fire him!
