I can't remember the title or any actors names but it was about this rock band that kind of looked like the Beatles. There was a scene where they are at a house[I think it was the manager's house] and they were all smoking pot from this huge bong that took up an entire table. The killer ended up being the band manager and "he" was really an ugly woman who ends up chasing someone around this suburban neighborhood with a butcher knife. It was a low budget movie.
