Does anyone remember these cartoon movies?

One was about a kid who became friends with all these dinosaurs ( but best friends with the t rex ) and like later on in the movie some magician made all of the dinosaurs evil and they were all in a circus or something? plus the t rex was golfing in the beginning of the movie...lol and the other was about a kid who turned into a cartoon kitten, met a singing rooster, and had to face a evil owl...? lol do u guys remember idk the names
