...elevator? It was on the way to the party, but before midnight hit, the storm hit (i think) and everyone died before she reached the party. Then a family manages to helpd the little girl reach the top of the elevator, to finally be reunited with her family. Its a kids movie and its no scary, its something along the lines of haunted towers, haunted something but i cant remember. I believe it came out around the same time as the kids movie little vampires. Please help
