does anyone remember the arcade fighting game when the special move was fists glowing?

it was around the time of double dragon, final fight etc.... the end of the first level was a fat guy.... when you powered up your fists the glowed and it sounded like they said "purple hawk".. please don't take the pee if that phrase is wrong but that is wrong but that's how sounded back then
