Okay, so I have a distinct memory of a cartoon character from my youth (mid-late nineties, early-mid 2000s) that was a guy with brown hair or fur. One of his eyes was red and shiny and the other one was a smaller version of his face. He, as I recall, only spoke out of the face in his eye. Does anyone remember this? If so, please tell me what it was from, and hopefully where I can find a picture of this thing! I mean, was it just a nightmare I had as a kid?
