Does anyone recognise this film description?

I remember vaguely a western, Clint Eastwood I think, with a pocket watch or musical box that played a haunting melody. I remember nothing else about the film, except that the theme from the musical box is developed into a big orchestral theme leading up to the climax of the film, and I remember thinking it was really good. Sorry to be so vague, but does this ring a bell with anyone? I really want to re-watch it to see if it's as good as I remember.

I think it's 'For A Few Dollars More.' Pretty sure that's the one with the musical watch in it - very haunting little tune it is too. Hope that helps.
