Does Anyone Own a Exonic Head Unit EXD 7080?

I was got this radio from a friend because he owed me some money and he just said this could be payment so i took it but i dont know any information. I got it installed but can you guys help with features and other things this can do , i see it has a nav but i press it and nothing happens , and i duno tell me what you like and use of this unit THANK YOU .

or let me know where i can find this info thanks.
