This is a case of fine one minute and screwed up the next. The bike only has 4000 miles on it and is in 'like new' condition. The clutch seems to have stopped working. It will engage so you can put it into 1st gear, but then when trying to increase acceleration and ease out the clutch it doesn't ease out. When attempting to take off from a dead stop the bike will jump frorward and the engine dies. The only way i can get off the line from a dead stop is using high acceleration and quick releasing the clutch (what i think of as a 'racing' start). I would appreciate any info anyone may have.
Does anyone out there know anything about 'hydraulic cluctch problems on a 2005 Kawasaki 1500 Vulcan Drifter?
