Does anyone knows a website or tips of how to socialize and mingle at a party or church?

After my divorce I've been a totally different person.Seems like I don't know how to socialize anymore. It's like I forgot the basic of going out or just meeting friends and like learning to be social-able again. How to do it? there's self-esteem issues and stuff like that. Thank you
 
Just be yourself. If people don't like you for being yourself, so what? There will be someone that will come along that will like you for who you really are.
 
I feel like it's an easy way to break the ice with a compliment, like say to a girl "I love your shoes!" and she'll be like thanks, I got them here, and you can say oh I love that place or whatever. Then be like "what's you name?" and stick your hand out to shake and say your name. I do it all the time lol. Try to think of other random things to keep the conversation going like if you're at a party ask how they know the host, or at church as if that is church they always attend.
