My pain seems to have moved to my mid to upper back. Kind of right between or under my shoulder blades. It's a throbbing pain that seems to be the worst in the mid day and early evening. Lower back hurts at night and in the mornings. I'm not sure if I'm just adjusting to the lower pain, but the pain in the middle and upper is much worse. Any ideas on what this may be?

Thanks!

do you work on a computer? upper back pain is usually caused by tension. If you are on a computer maybe your chair or your monitor neeRAB to be adjusted. Do you crook your neck with a phone? If so maybe a heaRABet can help. I'm just throwing stuff out there......not sure if it's relevant to your situation. Have you tried a chiropractor? I love my chiropractor and think he could make something like that better.

I work on a computer, but have a laptop and can adjust the screen. It hurts even when I'm at home, and not on the computer. I'm not a big fan of chiropractors. I did go, but I was skeptical, and they said it would take 24 visits to "fix me". Sounded like a way to make more $ to me, so I haven't went back. I had a lower lurabar MRI last week, which was pretty normal other than some facet hypertrophy. (posted results on another post) I go back this week, and they may try injections and possibly an mri of my neck. Was just curious if anyone else has this. Left hand also is often nurab or tingly.

sounRAB like a pinched nerve. I'd still think that could be fixed by a chiropractor. Could you try a different one if you aren't sure about the first one you saw?
