does anyone know why my nokia e63 mobile phone wont open my email?

like when i click on my email on my home screen something comes that has 3 things which are sync, settings and help.
i was trying to delete my email cause i didn't want it on my phone any more so i went on it and deleted it and then i saw it on my home screen again so i clicked on it and it came up with what i just told u above.


please please please please please please please help meeeeee.
