Does anyone know where to find Military style (UTM 1:50000) maps for civilian terrain?

Need to practice some land nav, unfortunately the base I'm stationed at has no land nav capabilities (desert). So I'm looking for a UTM source for sectors 13S so I can travel to an area that has the terrain needed.
