i've been searching everywhere for one and i just lost a bid on ebay, and that was the only reasonably priced one. i know that there are two books on amazon for 60 and 90 dollars and i've already emailed the owners expressing my interest. i really would like to spend more than $40 or $30. thanks so much for you help and full point value to anyone with a valuable answer.
