Does anyone know where I can watch SW Clone Wars episodes outside the US?

I'm trying to access the free episodes of S/W Clone Wars. They are available to view on the Cartoon Network website but only for people within the US. Can anyone suggest where else I can access these?

I've also tried using proxy servers, but the site must recognize them as nothing loads on the page when I use these.

Any help would be much appreciated, thanks!
