Does anyone know where I can download the Philips Media Converter?

I have the Philips GoGear SA3021/37 and im trying to convert some video files into the right format. If anyone has ways that they got videos working on their GoGear without the converter, let me know. If anyone has it can they put it on Rapidshare or MegaUpload and send me the link?
