After I beat the fourth gym, I went to the fifth gym but it said he was at Lake Rage. I checked but he wasn't there. I went to the sixth gym, but it said she was at the lighthouse. So I climbed the lighthouse... but its just a dead end (up the stairs and the elevator).

I need help! I have gone EVERYWHERE!
