I understand we are not doctors but sometimes this site amazes me with the knowledge floating around. I had an IME 2 weeks ago about my back issues along with all the nerve issues. I got my report and it went in my favor for further treatment, but there where four terms that I can't seem to find the anwers to online yet so I want to give you guys a shot at them.
1. The spurlings and L hermitte's signs are absent
2. Babinski signs are absent and moderate pes valgus

I hope these help you out--

Spurlings test or foraminal compression test is very specific, but not sensitive physical examination maneuver in diagnosing acute radioculpathy.

L hermittes's signs are absent: Shocklike sensation down the spine, often into the lirabs on neck flexion can occur in the setting of a wide range of disorders affcting the cervical spine.

Babinski: Reflex occurs when the great toe flexes toward the top of the foot and the other toes fan out whne the sole of the foot has been firmly stroked.

Moderate pes valgus: this is a form of club foot.
