My Mum's trying to find a certain movie but she does not remember much about it. All we know is:
1. It's about a man who is fed up with how society is run and always waiting in lines, and he eventually goes on a shooting spree.
2. The main actor has red hair.
3. It had a cinematic release within the last ten years or so.
