does anyone know what kind of fish that can be blended?

does anyone know what kind of fish that can be blended, obviously we can't take any fish and put it into the blender and blend it, some of them have prickles and the other have skins?

As long as you fillet the fish I guess you can blend any of them. Fillet means deboning them
