Depending on the state you are in, you will need to make sure your home is zoned correctly for that, you need to get a general business liscense, you need to check with the Department of Family Services to see if your home even qualifies to baby sit children, you need to have safety inspections, fire inspections, and all sorts of things, you need to get an architectural blueprint of the space dedicated to the children.
Do not take this stuff lightly, you need to know that you are operating fully under the law. If you violate any one tiny law, it can result in huge fines.
You will also need to take out insurance.
