A couple of months ago, I read a book about dragons and I cannot seem to remember what it is called. I need to know so I can Find the sequel Anyone please help.
The book was about these people who bonded with birds and could talk to them. In the story, the had to fight creatures called something like (firewirms). The main characters were a boy and a girl. the girl had some sort of power but the boy did not know he was a magician until they find a dragon egg in a mountain that is erupting and he saves everyone, and the egg by coveting them all in Ice and floating on a river of Lava all the way dow the mountain.
Oh, by the way, there was an evil man sending soldiers after them to try and kill them. Does anyone know what I am talking about. PLEASE HELP ME!!!
