Its where a family lives in a house and it was either the husband's mom or wife's mom moves in to a little house next door and they keep on seeing this black shadow floating across the room. Also, there is this one scene in the movie where the husband gets raped by a female ghost. I'm sorry for the little details, I remember seeing that movie 5 years ago and I can't remember anymore scenes.
