Does anyone know this film?

I vaguely remember watching a film in the 90's about film about a man who locks up a woman (maybe in a box?) and tattoo's her from head to toe, but can't remember the title.

Boxing Helena perhaps, never seen it, but I know he removes her limbs, not sure about tattooing though
