Does anyone know the voltage of a HIS Radeon HD4670 IceQ 1GB AGP Edition graphics card?

I have the older ASUS P4R800-VM Motherboard and the Integrated ATI Radeon 9100 IGP w/ 128MB memory just isn't cutting it. CoD4 doesn't support the ancient heap of crap so I can't run it (I could if I had a discrete card). I also have a 300W En-Lite PSU (Pk: 340W).

Intel Celeron 2.4GHz (Socket478)

1GB Corsair Valu-Select RAM (333MHz)
ATI Radeon 9100 IGP 128MB
