It's a gameboy color game, which I played about ten years ago or so. I don't remember very well, but I know I liked it.
The main character moved around in a square tile based map. It was kinda pokemon style: You moved around, walked into places and fought different people's robots with your own, by doing so you got money which would be used to upgrade/swap your robot. The batle system, if I remember correctly, was action based, I mean, you had combos and special moves.
Additional memory: I distinctly remember a special part whithin the game story where some "bullies" mess up your robot during your fight with them, as a result you can't attack and your movement commands are reversed. You had to go to some store and have them protect the robot with some special item.
I know it's a longshot for anyone to remember this game, but still, I wanna see if anyone does.
Best Regards,
Deimos
