Does anyone know the story behind the painting "The Kiss" by Gustav Klimt?

Hello everyone,
I really love the 1908 Art Nouveau painting by Gustav Klimt "The Kiss".
Does anyone know the story behind it? I had heard it was about Cleopatra & Marc Antony who were buried together.
