Does anyone know the name of this old computer game?

It is "educational" and you start by building a club house and you paint it and then you can go around to little places in a town. There is a clock tower where you learn to tell time with a bat and there is an observatory where you learn about rocks and plants like the venus fly trap. And there was a place with a bunch of opossums that made different noises. We think it could be made by fisher-price but we are not sure. If anyone has any information at all please answer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Sounds like a fisher price game. I remember playing those as a kid but Im sorry I just don't recall the names of any of them.
