I am 15 years old and I live in CT, does anyone know how old you have to be to get your belly button pierced, even if you have your parents consent? Also, if you know the MA state law that would be great. And if anyone knows a very clean, sterile, and safe place to you get your belly button pierced in northern CT, or somewhere near Springfield, MA, that would be great too! Thanks, and please no answers saying that it is stupid to get your belly button pierced and that you are too young!
