Hi,
My son is 8 years old, has a current IEP and the school is suggesting a neuro-psych evluation. Is the school legally responsible for providing it? He is currently having major behavioral issues in school and I feel he needs to be placed in an out of district school (therapeutic school). Please any help would be greatly appreciated.
