I am 31 years old and about 145 lbs (5'6)...I am wanting to drop about 20lbs. Does anyone know of any good exercises that I can do at home? I have been using the Turbo Jam DVD to workout in the morning but I would really like some ideas on how to tone my tummy. I want to be able to wear a bikini this summer
Also, does walking around your neighborhood actually help you lose weight? Just need some ideas on how to get back into shape. Thanks!!
