so ive heard some exercises out there being said actually make you look bigger in the obliques or sides..umm i don't want that lol ..i just want to get rid of theses things..ive never had them before, but just started experiencing them. In other words, i know what it feels like to not have them and to have them is the most uncomfortable feeling in the world!! Can some one please help me ? i prefer with people who actually tried there advice( no offense) as always your help is appreciated
