I like writers such as Haruki Murakami, Nick Hornby, Irvine Welsh, ect. and Films like Lost in Translation, Cashback, Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind. and TV shows like Peepshow, inbetweeners...I guess I'm looking for something along these lines with a modern british back drop written in the last few years. Any ideas?
