We are going to Armacao de Pêra (in Portugal) in 3 weeks, we went last year and liked it but this year we wanted to hire a car for a couple of days as the supermarket is too far to walk to and we want to be able to go and see other areas. We are getting a taxi transfer to and from the apartment, so only need the car for a couple of days. I know last year when we were walking near the beach there looked like there was a place along there where you could hire a car for the day but I can't remember the name, so can't look it up. Does anyone know what this is called? or perhaps recommend a place for us to hire a car?
