...physical abuse ? I was a battered child (mostly physical, not sexual abuse) and currently I have seen the impact of that falling into my adult relationships with men. I can't seem to stay attracted/emotionally invested in a relationship past the 6-7 month mark. After the honeymoon phase, I shut down, go numb and suddenly the relationship's days become numbered. Anyone could shed light on a similar experience or know of anyone who has had one.....
Does anyone know of any adult intimacy issues that have arose from childhood...
