If I remember correctly, it was taken at a TWA stockholders meeting in the early 1960s. The only place I've seen it was on a mid-90s installment of A&E's "Investigative Reports", which featured reporter Jack Anderson. I've searched the web numerous times, but I've never come across it. A few sights say they have the last known photo, but it usually turns out to be a picture of Hughes at the controls of the Hercules flying boat.
