Does anyone know of a restaurant in San Francisco that is on top of a building...

...and spins around? My friend told me of this Restaurant is SF that sits on top of a building or something. He said it spins around slowly and its a little expensive. He told me to try it but I dont even know the name neither does he. Can u guys help me out?
