Does anyone know if this school is worth it ?

I am thinking about attending New Castle School of Trades and was wondering if it was a good to decent school. And has anyone out there paid around $17,000 for a trade course (auto tech in this case) ? Is that about average ? Thank you folks in advance. I am a bit weary of trades schools from my past two bad experiences.
