Does anyone know if there is financial help for young, low income families?

I am 19 years old and pregnant, due in September. My maternity leave is not going to be very helpful and my boyfriend is making just enough for us to pull through. Im afraid of not having enough money... does anyone know if there is some sort of financial help, and where I should go to ask about it?
 
You do not mention where you live? I have listed several sites below for you to check on. You may also want to check with Salvation Army or Catholic Charities for financial assistance. Let me know if you need any other resources and where you live.
 
Depending on where you live, there are too many resources to list. Go here http://www.lafn.org/~kg6gcz/SOVA/sova-favs.html and you will see many of the resources available in the San Fernando Valley (a suburb of Los Angeles). Plus, some of these are even available state-wide and nationally.
