Jersey? I am applying for NJ unemployment and am planning/hoping on going for a Master's degree using the Univ. of Phoenix's online studies. I cannot find on the www.njtrainingsystems.org website if these programs are WIA approved. I'd like to know before I expend the time and energy in signing up and trying to secure financial aid.
