...are they out yet? i go to the one in guelph ontario but it doesn't really matter as they should all be pretty much the same i would guess. but if you could tell me what city you saw them in, that would be helpful to know.
Anytime I have been given one is at Chinese New Year in mid-January, it is a custom for them, and they would not give them out before the New Year, it is considered bad luck.
