Does anyone know how to transfer music from there ipod touch 4g to iphone 4 verizon?

I fixed all the artist names and capitalized the title's and everything for all my 900 songs and i dont wanna do it manually again for my new iphone is there a simple way to copy all those songs from my ipod touch and transfer it to my iphone? Dont wanna spend all that time again -_____-
