Does anyone know how to Track (Trace) a cellphone?

Does anyone know some good websites or softwares (Paid or not, not too expensive though) that my girlfriend, her cousin, my brother and I can use to trace (track) each others cell phones? I don't mean the Reverse LookUp types, we are looking for the ones where a phone tower or GPS is used to relay the location of the cell phone being traced with a fairly good accuracy (200m or so).....
