I'm looking for cases that involve process servers who falsify documents saying they served subpoenas when they actually didn't and what became of the plaintiff's case when the judgment was overturned.
Yea, but my attorney will charge me by the hour for it. She said she'll not charge me if I bring her the cases to look over.
