Does anyone know how to replace an armrest on the driver's seat on a 2006 Toyota...

...Highlander. ? The armrest swivels on the side of the seat and folds up. I need to remove it to put seat covers on. There is a plastic "button" on the side that looks like it may cover a hinge or something but I can't get it off. HELP!
