whenever I logon I cant get it to come up right away even after I hit the drop down box next to new and sign in. I also go to where it says off line and hit available and nothing happens. It just continues to look like its going to log on giving me the option to cancel but it never logs on. Somebody please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
