does anyone know how to make chicken w/hummus. the chicken is listed with lemon pepper and pine nuts, is a saute/stir fry so has a reddish oil with it. we had this dish at Cedar Garden in Dearborn, Michigan, a Lebanese Rest. , if that helps....thanks
