Does anyone know how to download the game Laura Bow - The Colonel’s Bequest?

I tried using the abandonware download site, but I don't know what to do from there. It just brings me to a file with a whole bunch of different files. I don't know what to do after all this. I really want to play the game!:) Any pointeres would be great. Thanks!
